Replay 85: WDC: LGD.sgty vs Nirvana.my

1.24e / 6.69c

Game Played: 11-Nov-2010
Game Length: 67:40 min

Yet another masterpiece from the Group D of WDC!

!!! Farming Game Alert !!!
Haters of full game ricing game do not watch this game :P

I'll give a virtual cookie to anyone who explains me why LGD.sgty picked specifically Gondar for this match?

Replay 84: WDC: MYM vs Nirvana.my

1.24e / 6.69c

Game Played: 18-Nov-2010
Game Length: 88:53 min
The veterans of Europe take it on with the best (maybe not? :P) of Malaysia in this epic game. Although this game is around 90 mins long, you'll need at least 2 hours to watch the epic team fights at 1/2 x speed. :P

Replay 83: WDC: LGD.sgty vs MYM

1.24e / 6.69c

Game Played: 18-Nov-2010
Game Length: 76:45 min
(Actual Game length was around 50 mins only)

With more than 50 replays of the WDC Tournament itself, I'm happy there are people to recommend me the most awesome games of them all. :) Even though I haven't seen all the WDC Replays but, this one was easily one of the best and surely epic!

In this match, LGD starts off with a probable turtle line-up, well detected and ruined by MYM as they ban the orthodox turtle carries Medusa and Sniper. Can the surprise pick Magina take on the 4 INT line-up? Or will MYM end the game early with their massive pushers and mobile fountain (Necrolyte for hp, Maiden for mp)? Enjoy the massive clash between the two Veteran teams. :)

!!! EPIC !!!

If there's one game you don't want to miss, this is it!

Replay 81: ArgSkill: ECASA vs PCVNJ

1.24e / 6.69c

Game Played: 16-Nov-2010
Game Length: 78:47 min

Argentina DotA at it's best? Maybe yes. :P

Although the skill level of players in this game is nothing near to the ones playing in WDC teams, it's an entertaining game with an interesting ending. :D

Recommended Game for Argentinians ;)
Winner :: ECASA :: Select to see

Replay 80: WDC: DTS vs Ehome

1.24e / 6.69c

(Map Folder: Warcraft III/Maps/DotA/DotA v6.69c)

Game Played: 10-Nov-2010
Game Length: 49:29 min
Can the pushy DTS win against the AoE Ehome?

The Picks

Lets start with the most beautiful part of this game, the picks!

Ehome expected a push strategy from DTS as we can notice from their picks with mass AoE skills... Fissure – Shadowraze - Frost Nova – zzz the list goes on and on with every hero having some kind of AoE skill! They got blessed with whatever they ever wanted. :P However, I feel wrong about the last pick Razor... although Ehome thought a lot before picking him and I respect their decision, I expected a Lion or similar hero... which could disable ‘a pain in the neck’ Dazzle and insta-zapp Enchantress. But anyways, I think I'll trust Ehome on this. :P

DTS, the masterminds... did the exact same thing as Ehome predicted, but in a totally unexpected way to anyone. I mean Enchantress – Syllabear – Dazzle – zzz, who could’ve ever thought of such a line up facing the proclaimed No.1 team of the world! [Source: GosuRankings :P] Kudos to their drafting!

WDC Analysis by Azarkon (GosuGamers)

!!! Spoilers Alert !!!

Here is an excerpt from a well thought off and very good post by Azarkon on GosuGamers' Forums. I specially liked the way he narrated things about the winner team Nv.cn.
Coming into the WDC, with a loss to How.Korea (not considered a team that Nirvana.cn should lose to) in ADC and Roccat.Trust in the group stages (again, not considered a team Nirvana.cn should lose to), Nirvana.cn seems up to their old tournament-throwing antics once more.
But then something happened. Something snapped into place. Yaphets opened his third eye, Zhou switched his hoe for a tractor, and Dgc evolved into a new Pokemon - not to mention the awesome performances by the Banana Puck and the solid support of Insence.
Conspiracy theories aside, I think the fact that this is Loveen's tournament is significant, because it motivated Nirvana.cn, a team that is perennially plagued by a slacker attitude towards training, to really get it together.

Just can't wait for the replays. :( and for SMM :D

Replay 77: ESTC'10 Grand Finals: Ehome vs Nirvana.my

Game Played: 18-Oct-2010
Game Length: 50:30 min

Posting this epic Grand Finale without analysis...

I'm back! for a day or two :P

Hello Dota2ers! :P A lot of you've visited my blog daily for updates in-spite my absence. A big thanks to all of you. :) I won't say sorry now because I've realized Job Responsibility > Personal Hobby... at least when you don't earn with it. :D

With my increased work responsibilities, I've been unable to post games that should've been here. But the good news is, I've postponed all my work today for playing DotA all day long and posting games that were recommended to me... after all, one should never leave his passion. ;) [Passion > Work :P]

Now, because I've been unable to watch all the games, I request you all to recommend me epic games that DID NOT get RR'ed on Gosu or ThumbsUp'ed on Playdota or got the 50 rating on SGamer. However, don't expect me to watch all of them or analyze all epic games I post here as I need to play some DotA too. :D

So, if there's any other replay you didn't recommend me earlier, just go ahead and post here. No spoilers please! :)
